Charlotte, N.C. — Entrepreneur and former professional tennis player Simona Galik Moore has joined Women in Motorsports North America (WIMNA) as a Lifetime Supporter Member, reinforcing her commitment to supporting women in leadership, sports, and business.
WIMNA is a nonprofit organization dedicated to advancing opportunities for women in motorsports through mentorship, education, networking, and professional development. The organization brings together women from across the industry, including drivers, engineers, executives, marketers, team personnel, and business leaders.
For Moore, the decision to become a Lifetime Supporter Member reflects a belief that strong professional communities help create opportunities for future generations.
"As athletes and entrepreneurs, we rarely succeed alone," said Moore. "The people who encourage us, mentor us, challenge us, and open doors along the way often have a lasting impact on our journey. Organizations like WIMNA help create those connections and opportunities for women pursuing ambitious goals."
Moore is best known as the founder and CEO of PBPRO, a pickleball brand she launched in 2020 that has grown into a nationally distributed business. She is also co-founder of Jansen Performance Eyewear, a performance eyewear brand developed in partnership with Olympic Gold Medalist Dan Jansen.
Originally from Slovakia, Moore came to the United States to pursue new opportunities following her professional tennis career. Over the years, she has built a career spanning athletics, brand management, product development, retail, and entrepreneurship.
Her membership in WIMNA is a personal commitment and is not a corporate partnership between WIMNA and any of her business ventures.
"I've always admired people who dedicate their time and energy to helping others grow," Moore said. "I look forward to learning from the WIMNA community, supporting its mission, and meeting women who are making an impact in motorsports and beyond."
Moore was introduced to the organization through longtime motorsports professional Cindy Sisson and looks forward to becoming actively involved in the WIMNA community.
