30-Day Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused items in their original packaging.
If your product is unused, clean, and in resellable condition, you may return it for a refund or exchange.

To start a return, email us at support@pbpropickleball.com and we will guide you through the process.


Exchanges

Need a different paddle, color, or item?
Exchanges are available within 30 days as long as the product is unused and in original condition. We’re happy to help you find the right gear.


Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product arrived damaged, incorrect, or defective.
In these cases, PBPRO will cover the return label and send a replacement at no cost to you.


Defective or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or you believe your product has a manufacturing defect, please email us within 7 days with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the issue

  • A brief description

We’ll take care of you quickly.


Refunds

Refunds are issued once your return is received and inspected.
Please allow 3–5 business days for the refund to appear on your original method of payment.

Shipping fees (when applicable) are non-refundable.


Warranty Coverage

All PBPRO paddles and eyewear include a 6-month limited warranty that covers manufacturer defects.
Warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Misuse

  • Damage from dropping, hitting the ground, or leaving items in extreme heat

  • Modifications or alterations
