PBPRO Refund Policy

At PBPRO, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’ll work with you to make it right. Below is our full refund policy for orders placed on pbpropickleball.com.


30-Day Refund Window

You may request a refund within 30 days of receiving your order, as long as the item is:

  • Unused

  • In original packaging

  • In resellable condition

If your return is approved, we will issue a refund to your original method of payment.

To begin a refund request, email our team at support@pbpropickleball.com and we’ll guide you through the process.


Exchanges Instead of Refunds

If you prefer a different product, size, or color, we’re happy to offer an exchange instead of a refund.
Exchanges must be made within 30 days and follow the same unused/like-new condition requirement.


Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • For defective or incorrect items, PBPRO will cover the return label and send a replacement at no cost to you.


Non-Refundable Items

The following cannot be refunded:

  • Used paddles or eyewear

  • Items showing wear, damage, or alteration

  • Gift cards

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Items returned without original packaging

Refund Processing Time

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, refunds are typically processed within:

3–5 business days

Please note that banks or credit card providers may take additional time to post the refund to your account.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the product

  • A brief description of the issue

We’ll take care of you quickly.

Our return rate is extremely low because we:

  • Play-test every paddle line before launch, and

  • Customer-test every eyewear design for fit and comfort
