Warranty Coverage

Paddles – 6-Month Limited Warranty

PBPRO paddles are covered by a 6-month limited warranty against manufacturing defects.
This includes:

  • Core defects

  • Handle or grip separation due to manufacturer error

  • Delamination or structural issues not caused by misuse

  • Surface defects present at the time of purchase

Paddles are play-tested before release to ensure quality and consistency across all lines.


Eyewear – 6-Month Limited Warranty

PBPRO eyewear is covered by a 6-month limited warranty against:

  • Lens defects

  • Frame defects

  • Manufacturing issues

  • Structural failures not caused by misuse

Each eyewear line is customer-tested before launch to ensure proper fit, clarity, and durability.


Accessories

PBPRO accessories such as bags, visors, and overgrips are covered by a 30-day guarantee for defects in materials or workmanship.


What the Warranty Does Not Cover

Our warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Scratches on paddle surfaces or eyewear lenses

  • Damage caused by drops, impacts, or improper storage

  • Leaving products in extreme heat (cars, courts, etc.)

  • Modifications or alterations

  • Abuse, misuse, or commercial use

  • Cosmetic issues that do not affect performance

  • Loss or theft

How to Submit a Warranty Claim

To begin a warranty review, please email:

Include the following:

  1. Order number or proof of purchase

  2. Photos or video clearly showing the issue

  3. A short description of the problem

  4. Your contact information

Our team will review your claim and respond within 2–3 business days.

If approved, we will:

  • Replace the item
    or

  • Provide a store credit
    or

  • Offer an equivalent product if your item is no longer available
