When I started PBPRO, I had a clear vision: to build a brand that would make pickleball more accessible, more fun, and more welcoming for players of all ages and skill levels.
As a former professional athlete, I understood the power of sport to bring people together. I also recognized an opportunity to create products that combined performance, quality, and style for a rapidly growing community.
Building a brand from the ground up is never easy. There were challenges, setbacks, and countless lessons along the way. But I believed in the vision, stayed focused on the long-term goal, and continued moving forward one step at a time.
Today, seeing PBPRO products in the hands of players across the country is incredibly rewarding. What makes me most proud is not simply the growth of the brand, but the community behind it—the families, beginners, athletes, and everyday players who have embraced the sport and supported our journey.
I am grateful to WCNC Charlotte for sharing our story and highlighting the growth of PBPRO. Entrepreneurship is rarely a straight line, but this feature is a reminder of what can happen when passion, perseverance, and purpose come together.
